Job Title: Marketing Specialist Location: Pune Position Overview The Marketing Specialist I reports to the Marketing Manager and has regional responsibility to work closely with key stakeholders across multiple functions to define value propositions, organize and design messaging and content, and distribute content via the most effective channel for assigned market segments. This includes but is not limited to sales tools, marketing campaigns, product launches, and events, such as trade shows, webinars or large customer meetings. For the assigned market segments this position will oversee implementation of product line strategy into internal systems, such as SAP, Prism, FLIP, eStores, etc. This position also may also act as project manager on stage gate or market research/business development projects. Primary Responsibilities Support HHC customer or industry related events within the IMEA region (trade shows, conferences, open days at our HBF facilities, etc.): Work with regional strategic marketing and commercial team members to identify event needs and support the execution within the budgeted spend for the event. Create marketing content and promotional materials according to brand guidelines: Support the HHC market segments in IMEA with updated sell sheets, presentations, videos, blogs, graphics and other promotional materials. Collaborate with strategic marketing team to develop a comprehensive product launch marcom strategy. Develop comprehensive digital marketing plans aligned with overall business and marketing goals. Manage and grow social media channels, including content creation, posting, and audience engagement. Run paid digital/social media advertising campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions. Create, send, and optimize email campaigns to nurture leads and drive customer retention. Manage a content calendar to ensure timely delivery of materials for campaigns and events Allocate and manage digital marketing budgets effectively to maximize ROI MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS 4-year college degree required, or 2 year degree and 1-2 years experience in a commercial, marketing or communications type of role in a business or agency environment Basic understanding or ability to quickly learn about the markets we serve, products/solutions we offer, and ability to increase knowledge on market conditions, customer applications, and adhesive technologies. The job holder maintains the equipment and infrastructure in good working condition. The supervisor is responsible for maintaining all equipments in various Production Plants, Utilities and Warehouses. He is responsible for reducing Breakdown Maintenance and executing Preventive Maintenance.
