Role Description

The role of the Gym/Fitness Equipment Sales Executive is a full-time, on-site position based in Kozhikode. The selected individual will be responsible for meeting sales targets by identifying potential clients, building relationships, and providing personalized consultation on fitness equipment solutions. Daily tasks include giving product demonstrations, preparing sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and managing customer accounts. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with the installation and maintenance teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retaining long-term partnerships.

Qualifications

• Sales and business development skills, including the ability to meet targets, negotiate deals, and close sales.
• Knowledge of gym and fitness industry trends, and familiarity with commercial fitness equipment and product features.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for building and maintaining client relationships.
• Proficiency in market research, strategic planning, and customer needs analysis.
• Organizational and time-management skills for client account management and sales reporting.
• Previous experience in sales, fitness, or related industries is preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
