Gym Trainer

You will be responsible for overseeing and managing a variety of health and fitness initiatives as a fitness trainer. Your main duties will include evaluating your clients" physical and medical status, designing suitable workout regimens, and tracking their progress. Additionally, you will need to ensure that workout regimens are completed, monitor clients" physical development, and adapt regimens to their needs, possible injuries, and medical conditions. You will also conduct fitness training sessions for individuals and groups, incorporating a comprehensive training strategy that includes strength training and cardiovascular activity. As a fitness trainer, you will need to supervise the usage of exercise equipment to guarantee that clients are exercising safely and correctly. You should be able to answer inquiries on diet and health, make use of and advertise fitness regimens and packages, administer first aid and CPR if necessary, and observe safety and hygienic regulations. The ideal candidate for this role is someone with good communication skills and a strong personality who can lead group sessions, take private clients, and manage floor training. You should be certified with a national or international certification and be a keen student yourself. You must be able to put together various types of workouts, including strength training and various cardio circuits. The role will involve conducting group and personal training classes in the morning and evening. Compensation for this position will be based on experience and skill sets.
