Job Description

We are looking for a friendly, professional, and organized Gym Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our members and visitors. The receptionist will manage the front desk, provide excellent customer service, handle administrative tasks, and support the smooth day-to-day operations of the gym.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and welcome members and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.

Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle inquiries about memberships, facilities, and services.

Assist with new member registrations, renewals, and package upgrades.

Manage check-in/check-out system and ensure members follow gym policies.

Handle cash, card, and online payments; maintain accurate billing records.

Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk/reception area.

Schedule personal training sessions, fitness classes, and appointments as required.

Keep track of attendance and update daily records in the system.

Support sales by promoting gym offers, memberships, and additional services.

Handle member complaints and concerns politely, escalating issues when needed.

Assist management with administrative duties and coordination of events.

We are seeking a qualified Dietician who can also take up Reception and Administrative responsibilities at our gym. The ideal candidate will provide personalized diet plans to members, manage front desk operations, and handle administrative tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the gym.

Key Responsibilities

Assess members’ dietary needs, body composition, and fitness goals.

Create customized diet plans for weight loss, muscle gain, and overall wellness.

Provide nutrition counseling and track member progress regularly.

Conduct workshops/seminars on healthy eating and lifestyle.

Work closely with trainers to align diet with workout programs.

Maintain and update member database (software/app entries).

Track attendance, memberships, and trainer schedules.

Support management with reports, event coordination, and office documentation.

Ensure the front desk and admin areas are neat and organized.

Handle basic HR/admin tasks like maintaining staff attendance sheets and expense records.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
