GWS Trainer - Team Lead / Assistant Manager

Role Overview: You will be responsible for planning and scheduling training sessions focused on technical incident ownership, resolution, and communication skills. This includes coordinating logistical arrangements, managing training materials, distributing access credentials, tracking participant progress, analyzing training data, generating reports, identifying training gaps, evaluating program effectiveness, and contributing to knowledge base development. Key Responsibility: - Plan and schedule technical training sessions, including room bookings and virtual meeting setup - Coordinate logistical arrangements, ensuring necessary resources are available - Manage distribution of training materials and access credentials - Handle logistical aspects of technical onboarding and manage user account access on learning platforms - Track participant attendance and progress, and analyze training data - Generate reports on training effectiveness and impact on key metrics - Identify specific training gaps and develop targeted interventions - Evaluate training programs for continuous improvement and optimization - Contribute to the development of internal knowledge bases and training resources Qualification Required: - Candidate should have 4-10 years of relevant experience - Experience in using and navigating learning platforms for user management, content administration, and reporting - Meticulous in managing program details, schedules, and resources - Ability to identify and resolve logistical or administrative challenges during program delivery Additional Details: The industry type for this role is ITES/BPO/KPO.
