Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement end-to-end BI solutions using SAP BW/BI, SAP HANA, and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).
• Lead BI architecture design sessions ensuring scalability, performance, and alignment with business goals.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for data warehousing and reporting.
• Develop and maintain data models, InfoProviders, CompositeProviders, ADSOs, and Calculation Views in BW on HANA.
• Integrate data from SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, and non-SAP systems into the BI landscape.
• Design, develop, and optimize ETL processes using Data Transfer Processes (DTPs), Process Chains, and DataSources.
• Develop complex reports and dashboards using SAP BO (Web Intelligence, Crystal Reports, Lumira) and SAC.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and performance across all reporting layers.
• Implement and enforce data governance, master data management, and data quality frameworks
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to align BI solutions with business processes.
• Manage BI system upgrades, migrations, and enhancements (including ECC to S/4HANA transition).

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field
• 7-10 years of professional experience in BI/reporting, with strong expertise in:

SAP BusinessObjects Web Intelligence (Webi)

SAP Reporting Services

• Strong experience with data modeling, SQL, and data warehouse integration.
• Proven experience in reporting governance, performance optimization, and large-scale BI environments.
• Prior experience in banking/financial services reporting is highly desirable.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced knowledge of data visualization principles and BI best practices.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to present to executive leadership.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize reporting initiatives strategically.
• Strong hands-on experience with
