Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with educational standards and learning objectives. Deliver lessons in Gujarati, covering grammar, vocabulary, reading, writing, and comprehension. Use various teaching methods and activities to make lessons interactive and interesting. Assess student performance and progress through various methods, including tests, assignments, and observations. Provide constructive feedback to students to help them improve their language skills. Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance. Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning and respect. Participate in school activities and events. Stay up-to-date with the latest teaching methods and curriculum developments. Specific skills: Proficiency in the Gujarati language. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
