The role involves configuring and customizing the Guidewire PolicyCenter application to meet client requirements. Daily tasks include coding, troubleshooting, implementing software solutions, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to develop and optimize system integrations. Candidates will help ensure efficient software development processes while maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy. **Key Responsibilities:** - Ability to implement Guidewire products state rollouts for BillingCenter/PolicyCenter - Ability to provide technical leadership to junior Guidewire associates regarding Guidewire development and support - Understand the exact Client Business Needs, check the technical Feasibility to achieve the requirements, and then communicate the same to the Offshore team - Hands-on experience to invest 45 hours of time for PC/BC development work for release for both configuration and Integration - Offshore Coordination for resolving production Incidents - Review the Offshore Development work in Areas of PCF Configuration, Business Rules, and Data Model Creation - Managing and communicating team status to Management - Technical support for Guidewire Policycenter/BillingCenter in production - Coordinating with the team to analyze defects - Coordinate with other service providers and integration owners to make sure the applications are up and running **Qualifications Required:** - Must have 4 to 7 years or above hands-on work experience Guidewire Policycenter/ BillingCenter modules - Hands-on knowledge of Guidewire Configuration and/or Integration - One complete end-to-end implementation experience - Development experience with Guidewire Gosu proprietary code - Development experience with Guidewire APIs methods rules and processes - Web services i.e., WSDL, SOAP, XML, REST - Certified Guidewire Policycenter/ BillingCenter professional - Experience with REST, Soap web services is a plus - Experience with various code versioning systems such as SVN - Ability to multitask and switch context to changing priorities in a highly dynamic environment - Experience in working with customers directly is a plus - Proficient in written and spoken English,
