Job Description

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain Guidewire Digital Portal (Producer Engage v10 preferred) applications
Work on front-end development using HTML, CSS, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, JSON, ReactJS, React Hooks, NodeJS, and NPM
Collaborate with backend teams to integrate RESTful APIs and microservices in a cloud-based environment
Contribute to Guidewire PolicyCenter configurations and integrations using Gosu / Java
Ensure code quality through TDD/BDD and established QA/testing best practices
Troubleshoot complex issues and develop scalable, maintainable solutions
Work closely with stakeholders and team members to deliver high-quality Guidewire applications
Must Have Skills2+ years experience in Guidewire Digital Portal (Producer Engage v10 preferred)
4+ years of front-end development experience (HTML, CSS, ReactJS, NodeJS)
Strong understanding of Java / Gosu programming
Experience with Microservices architecture and RESTful API design
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

Nice to Have

Guidewire Cloud or v10 expertise
Guidewire Certification(s) highly desired
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related field
Familiarity with SOAP web services, GW Edge APIs, and SQL Databases
Experience with Git, XML/XSD, Messaging, and relational database design
Understanding of QA/testing methodologies and TDD/BDD frameworks
Object-Oriented design and modeling experience
A continuous learning mindset and a passion for solving technical challenges
