Job Role: Guidewire PolicyCenter Developer Experience Level: 5+ Years Location: Hyderabad Company: Techno facts Job Summary : We are looking for an experienced Guidewire Policy Center Developer with a strong background in implementing and customizing Guidewire solutions for the insurance domain. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of Guidewire Policy Center, expertise in integration development using Gosu , Java, and web services, and a proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Key Responsibilities : Develop and implement integration solutions in Guidewire Policy Center using Gosu , Java , and web services (SOAP/REST). Design and develop APIs and plugins to connect Policy Center with internal and external systems. Configure and customize Guidewire Policy Center components based on business requirements. Participate in all phases of SDLC including requirement analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment. Collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA engineers, and other developers to ensure effective implementation. Perform unit and integration testing, code reviews, and performance tuning. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to integrations and data exchange. Maintain proper documentation of technical specifications, configurations, and implementation processes. Required Skills and Experience : 5+ years of experience in Guidewire development with a focus on Policy Center Integration . Strong programming experience with Gosu and Java . Solid understanding of Guidewire Data Model , GOSU scripting, and PCF files. Experience in web services (SOAP/REST) integration and middleware technologies. Knowledge of Message Queues , Kafka , or MuleSoft is a plus. Experience working with Guidewire Accelerators and APIs . Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication and documentation skills. Preferred Qualifications: Guidewire PolicyCenter Developer Certification (preferred but not mandatory). Experience in DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines. Experience working with cloud environments such as AWS or Azure.
