Your Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a
large Guidewire CC/CM team
.
Architect and implement solutions using
ACE patterns
and
best practices
.
Oversee
full-lifecycle integration
: Gosu development, messaging, REST/SOAP services.
Drive
CI/CD & DevOps
adoption for Guidewire applications.
Collaborate across teams in an
Agile delivery model
.

Your Profile

5+ years of experience with
Guidewire ClaimCenter
.
Experience with
ContactManager
and its integration with CC.
3+ years of hands-on
Gosu development
.
Strong in
REST/SOAP services
, integration, and messaging.
Agile delivery and
DevOps/CI-CD pipeline implementation
.
Working knowledge of
PolicyCenter
for dependency handling.
Proven experience
leading technical teams
and solutioning.

Nice to Have

Experience with
data migration & archival
strategies.
Knowledge across the Guidewire suite:
PC, BC, CC
.
Integration with external systems (e.g., DMS, payments).
Java development experience is a plus.
