You are a highly experienced Guidewire ClaimCenter Developer responsible for leading the design, development, implementation, and support of solutions across the Claims portfolio. Your role requires deep expertise in Guidewire ClaimCenter integrations, strong Java/Gosu development skills, and the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. **Role Overview:** You will own end-to-end Guidewire ClaimCenter development, adapting solutions to evolving business needs. Additionally, you will collaborate with Business Analysts, Development, and QA teams for scoping, sizing, planning, development, implementation, and ongoing support. It is also your responsibility to ensure solutions include robust unit & functional testing with high code coverage and maintain the ClaimCenter ecosystem including integrations with Policy, Financials, CRM, external bureaus, vendors, and service providers. Creating and maintaining technical documentation such as architecture diagrams, sequence diagrams, deployment diagrams, runbooks, etc., and applying and enforcing engineering standards for security, coding quality, monitoring, builds, deployments, and integrations are also part of your role. **Key Responsibilities:** - Own end-to-end Guidewire ClaimCenter development - Collaborate with cross-functional teams for scoping, planning, and support - Ensure robust unit & functional testing with high code coverage - Maintain and support ClaimCenter ecosystem including integrations - Create and maintain technical documentation - Apply and enforce engineering standards for security, coding quality, monitoring, builds, deployments, and integrations **Qualifications Required:** - 8+ years of IT experience, including 6+ years in Guidewire ClaimCenter integration development - Strong expertise in Guidewire APIs, GX Model, Product Models - 4+ years working in Agile/Scrum - 6+ years hands-on experience with J2EE, Apache Tomcat, XML, Web Services, SQL Server/RDBMS - Advanced proficiency with XML, GUnit, Jenkins, Git/Subversion/TFS, SonarQube, Netsparker - Strong Java and Gosu programming skills with knowledge of OODD - Experience building message queues, event messaging, and batch processes in ClaimCenter - Hands-on experience with product migrations, data conversions, and building migration utilities using ClaimCenter APIs - Proven DevSecOps experience in CI/CD pipeline setup and maintenance for Claims builds and deployments **Note:** This job requires strong experience in the P&C insurance domain (commercial insurance preferred), exceptional problem-solving skills, resource planning capabilities, and portfolio/budgeting experience, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
