Job Title: Guidewire Business Analyst

Location: Pan India

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

• Requirement Gathering & Analysis:

   Work with stakeholders to understand business needs, translate these into technical requirements for Guidewire implementations, and ensure alignment with business objectives. 

• Solution Design:

   Collaborate with development teams to design efficient Guidewire solutions and manage system configurations to meet business rules and process specifications. 

• Implementation & Testing:

   Facilitate the Guidewire platform implementation, conduct functional and system integration testing, and ensure successful deployment of solutions. 

• Stakeholder Management:

   Engage with various stakeholders, including business users, technical teams, and third-party vendors to ensure smooth project execution and adoption. 

• Documentation:

   Develop comprehensive business specifications, flow diagrams, process documentation, and user guides for Guidewire applications. 

• Training & Support:

   Provide training sessions and support to end-users for successful adaptation to new systems and workflows. 

• Continuous Improvement:

   Identify opportunities for process optimization, leveraging Guidewire features to enhance business value and operational efficiency. 

Qualifications:

• Experience:

   Minimum   4 years focused on Guidewire InsuranceSuite PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, or ClaimCenter. 

• Domain Expertise:

   Strong understanding of general insurance processes, including policy administration, underwriting, claims, and billing. 

• Technical Skills:

   Proficiency in Guidewire configuration tools, JIRA, and understanding of Agile methodologies. 

• Communication Skills:

   Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, capable of interacting with diverse teams and presenting complex ideas clearly. 

• Problem-Solving Skills:

   Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to assess business needs, propose viable solutions, and deliver tangible results.
