Guest Services Associate - Front Office

As a {Position}, you will be responsible for following company policies and procedures, reporting accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to your manager, and maintaining a clean and professional uniform and personal appearance. Your role will also involve maintaining confidentiality of proprietary information and protecting company assets. You will be expected to welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards, anticipate and address guests" service needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and express genuine appreciation to guests. Additionally, you should speak using clear and professional language, answer telephones with appropriate etiquette, and develop positive working relationships to support your team in reaching common goals. Complying with quality assurance standards will be a key part of your responsibilities. You may need to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time, as well as move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance. Performing other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors is also expected.
