Guest Service Officer

As a team member at Hyatt Regency Lucknow, your primary responsibility is to provide courteous, professional, efficient, and flexible service to guests, ensuring their utmost satisfaction. You will be required to adhere to hotel policies while maximizing guest experience. Flexibility is key, as you may be rotated within different sub-departments of the Rooms division or other departments as needed. Your main goal is to offer personalized service to guests at all times, promptly addressing and reporting any complaints or issues to supervisors. It is essential to stay informed about hotel activities, provide proper handovers for the next shifts, and take necessary actions. Familiarity with hotel services, facilities, promotions, and upselling techniques is crucial. Additionally, you will be responsible for cash handling, performing opening and closing procedures, and ensuring proper documentation of rebates and vouchers. Maintaining high standards of grooming and hygiene, fostering good relationships with colleagues and other departments, and offering full support to supervisors and team members are also part of your duties. You will be expected to engage with long-stay and suite guests regularly to enhance their overall experience. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in welcoming guests, ensuring their comfort, and creating memorable experiences. A degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management is preferred, along with a minimum of 2 years of hotel operations experience.
