Key Responsibilities

Greet visitors, clients, and executives with professionalism and warmth

Maintain the front office environment with a focus on calm, order, and aesthetics

Handle incoming calls, visitor management systems, and appointment scheduling

Support internal meetings with coordination, room setup, and basic hospitality

Ensure an impeccable level of personal presentation and communication at all times

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Hospitality, Business, Communications preferred)

0–1 years of experience in guest relations, front office, or administrative support

Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written)

Strong organizational ability and attention to detail

Tech-savvy and comfortable with MS Office and email platforms

Impeccable grooming and a composed, service-oriented personality
