Guest Service Associate - Housekeeping

Role Overview: As a Housekeeping Associate at JW Marriott Hotel Bengaluru, your main responsibility is to respond promptly to guests" requests and other departments. You will fill carts with supplies, transport them to assigned areas, and enter guest rooms following access procedures. Your duties will include replacing guest amenities and supplies, dirty linens, and terry with clean items, making beds, folding terry, cleaning bathrooms, removing trash, and room service items. Additionally, you will ensure all appliances are in working order, straighten desk items, furniture, and appliances, dust, polish, remove marks from walls and furnishings, vacuum carpets, and perform floor care duties in guest rooms and hallways.
