Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests with a warm and friendly attitude, ensuring a pleasant arrival and departure experience.
  • Handle guest check-in/check-out efficiently, following standard operating procedures.
  • Manage guest reservations, cancellations, and room assignments accurately.
  • Answer phone calls promptly, transfer calls, and handle guest queries effectively.
  • Maintain guest accounts, process payments, and prepare bills accurately.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for room status updates.
  • Handle guest complaints or requests professionally and escalate when required.
  • Ensure the lobby and front desk areas are clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
  • Promote hotel services, facilities, and loyalty programs to enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain confidentiality of guest information and adhere to company policies.
  • Knowledge of IDS software
