The position requires you to adhere to all company policies and safety regulations, including reporting accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions to your manager. It is essential to complete safety training and certifications. Your appearance should be clean and professional, maintaining the confidentiality of proprietary information and safeguarding company assets. You will be responsible for welcoming and acknowledging all guests according to company standards, addressing guest service needs, assisting individuals with disabilities, and expressing genuine appreciation to guests. Effective communication is key, utilizing clear and professional language when interacting with others. Building positive relationships with your colleagues, supporting the team to achieve common goals, and responding appropriately to the concerns of fellow employees are crucial aspects of the role. You must ensure adherence to quality standards and expectations, along with the ability to read and verify information in various formats. The job may require you to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods, move objects of varying weights, and manipulate objects that require fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination. Flexibility in movement over different surfaces, reaching overhead and below the knees, and performing other duties as assigned by supervisors are also part of the job responsibilities. Preferred Qualifications: - Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent. - Related Work Experience: Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience. - Supervisory Experience: No prior supervisory experience required. - License or Certification: None needed.
