Guest Service Associate (F&B Service)

As a team member in the hospitality industry, your primary responsibility will be to provide excellent customer service. This includes greeting customers warmly, handing out menus, and taking meal and beverage orders efficiently. You will be responsible for making menu recommendations, informing customers of any specials, and ensuring that their dining experience is enjoyable. Once orders are placed, you will liaise with the kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of meals and beverages to the customers" tables. It will be essential to check in with customers during their meal to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns promptly. At the end of the meal, you will prepare the bill upon request, handle cash transactions accurately, and provide change to customers as needed. To excel in this role, you should have at least 1 year of experience in guest relations and guest services. Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor are crucial for creating a positive dining experience for customers. The ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment is also important. This is a full-time, permanent position located in Thrissur, Kerala.
