Guest Relations Executive / Typist

Qualification - Any Degree (Without any backlogs)

Looking for Female Candidate only with Hospital Experience.

Skills Required

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
• Ability to remain calm and professional in high-stress situations
• Organizational skills and attention to detail
• Multilingual proficiency is a plus

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients, families, and visitors upon arrival
• Act as the primary point of contact for guest inquiries and concerns
• Facilitate communication between patients, visitors, and hospital staff
• Assist with patient admissions, discharges, and navigation within the hospital
• Coordinate patient transport and escort services when needed
• Provide information about hospital services, amenities, and policies
• Address and resolve complaints courteously and escalate when necessary
• Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and feedback
• Monitor patient satisfaction and suggest improvements
• Organize special events or VIP visits to enhance guest experience
