Job Description

Job title: Guest Relation Officer

Location: Pala

Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement & Front Desk Management

Greet and assist walk-in clients with a positive and professional attitude.
Manage front-office activities including phone calls, email inquiries, and visitor coordination.
Ensure the reception area is always presentable and student-friendly.

Student Assistance & Counselling Support

Guide students/parents on available services and direct them to the respective counsellors.
Provide initial information about study-abroad programs, documentation processes, and admission steps.

Administration & Coordination

Maintain appointment schedules and visitor logs.
Coordinate with counsellors, documentation teams, and management to ensure smooth operations.
Support event coordination such as student orientations, seminars, and university visits.

Customer Service

Handle queries and concerns professionally, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
Ensure every visitor leaves with a positive impression and required information.

Who Were Looking For

03 years of experience in front desk, guest relations, hospitality, or customer service. Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
Excellent verbal & written communication in English; proficiency in Malayalam/Hindi is a plus.
Pleasant personality, strong interpersonal skills, and a customer-first mindset.
Good organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in MS Office
