Job Title: Guest Relation Manager (Female)

Job Description:
We are seeking a confident and professional Guest Relation Manager (Female) to oversee guest interactions and ensure a memorable experience. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and strong knowledge of hospitality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist guests courteously and professionally.
• Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and effectively.
• Coordinate with all departments to ensure smooth guest experiences.
• Maintain guest records and ensure personalized service.
• Support in organizing special events, VIP visits, and promotional activities.
• Ensure lobby and reception areas are always well-maintained and guest-ready.
• Train and supervise front office or guest service staff when required.

Requirements:

• Female candidate with a presentable and professional appearance.
• Minimum 7–8 years of experience in Guest Relations or Front Office (Hospitality industry preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and customer service orientation.
• Flexibility to work in shifts and under pressure.

Salary: 28k to 30k + Service Charge
