Key Responsibilities Guest Reception & Assistance: Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, assisting with check-in/check-out procedures. Provide information about resort facilities, amenities, and local attractions. Address guest inquiries and requests promptly, ensuring a high level of satisfaction. Personalized Guest Service: Anticipate guest needs and preferences, offering tailored services to enhance their stay. Maintain and update guest profiles to personalize future interactions. Complaint Resolution: Handle guest complaints or concerns with empathy and professionalism. Collaborate with relevant departments to resolve issues swiftly and effectively. Coordination with Departments: Liaise with housekeeping, food & beverage, and other departments to fulfill guest requests. Ensure timely communication of guest preferences and special requirements. Feedback Collection & Reporting: Encourage guests to provide feedback on their experience. Compile daily and monthly reports on guest satisfaction and service quality. Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions. Assist in managing guest reservations and cancellations. Event Coordination: Support the organization of special events or activities for guests. Ensure smooth execution of events, addressing any guest needs during the process.
