Greet and welcome all guests warmly upon arrival. Assist customers with game selection, bookings, or any queries they may have. Guide guests through the gaming zone facilities and explain rules or features if needed. Proactively collect feedback from guests about their experience. Handle customer complaints or concerns with patience and professionalism. Communicate effectively in English with guests and staff. Inform customers about promotions, offers, or memberships available at the gaming zone. Ensure all guests follow safety rules and maintain decorum inside the gaming zone.
