Job Summary: The Guest Relation Associate is responsible for ensuring a seamless and pleasant experience for all guests by providing exceptional service, handling inquiries, resolving complaints, and maintaining a welcoming environment. This role acts as the first point of contact and plays a vital role in representing the brand positively. Key Responsibilities: Welcome guests warmly and ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes. Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally. Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to fulfill guest needs. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel/resort facilities, promotions, and local attractions. Handle special requests such as room upgrades, amenities, and celebrations (birthdays, anniversaries, etc.). Record guest feedback and relay it to the relevant departments. Maintain accurate guest records and logs for service improvement. Uphold company service standards and ensure guest satisfaction at all touchpoints. Support VIP guests and manage their experience with extra care. Maintain the front desk/reception area in a clean and organized manner.
