Guest Experience Expert

Role Overview: As a Guest Experience Expert at JW Marriott Hotel New Delhi Aerocity, your role goes beyond the traditional check-in and check-out process. You will be responsible for creating a memorable and unique experience for guests throughout their stay. Your main focus will be delivering a wide range of services to enhance the overall guest experience, from addressing guest requests to sharing local highlights. You will have the autonomy to move around the space and attend to operational needs as required.
