Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Guest Delight Manager located in the Greater Kolkata area. The Guest Delight Manager will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences by managing customer interactions, addressing concerns, and enhancing overall satisfaction. Daily tasks include supervising staff, maintaining service quality, implementing feedback, and coordinating with the management team to improve services and operations.

Qualifications

Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills

Strong managerial and leadership abilities

Effective communication and problem-solving skills

Experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field
