Job Description

Role Overview: As an Airtel International Roaming Go-To-Market (GTM) Manager, your main responsibility is to drive the execution of GTM actions for international roaming packs, focusing on customer acquisition and revenue growth. This role will require you to collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and sales teams to develop and launch GTM strategies, analyze performance metrics to optimize results, manage stakeholder relationships, and ensure operational efficiency to deliver a positive customer experience. Key Responsibilities: - Create GTM strategies for the international roaming category with a focus on marketing operations and utilizing existing channels to their full potential - Design and implement innovative Go-To-Market strategies for international roaming products - Own new product launches, ensuring end-to-end GTM design and execution with the right cohorts, messaging, and channels - Integrate new channels for widening IR distribution and adoption across customer touchpoints including call centers, Mitra/offline retail, ATB, and airport channels - Collaborate closely with teams such as Product, Sales, Marketing, and Operations to align strategies and ensure seamless execution of initiatives - Manage product lifecycle communication across touchpoints to ensure alignment with business objectives and brand guidelines - Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and maintain a competitive edge - Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution - Develop and direct strategies to enhance the effectiveness of circle teams to drive adoption within their respective circles - Drive visibility and accountability of circle-level KPIs and identify performance outliers for corrective action - Ensure efficient and effective execution of all GTM strategies and initiatives Qualification Required: - Educational Qualifications: MBA (Marketing) - Work Experience: At least 2-4 years of work experience Additional Details: Bharti Airtel Limited is a leading global telecommunications company with operations in 18 countries across Asia and Africa.
