GTM Functional Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Lead

  requirement workshops

  focused on trade compliance, license management, and sanctioned party screening.
• Configure Oracle GTM modules and oversee system testing, including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing cycles.
  
• Provide expert guidance to clients on trade policies, regulatory requirements, and best practices to optimize GTM capabilities.
  
• Collaborate with customs authorities, brokers, and other external stakeholders as required to ensure seamless operations and compliance.
  
• Act as a trusted advisor to business and IT teams to align project objectives with organizational goals.
  

Mandatory Skills

• Proven expertise in leading workshops and translating business requirements into Oracle GTM configurations.
  
• Strong experience configuring GTM modules (e.g., Compliance Screening, Trade Agreements, License Management).
  
• Ability to guide clients through trade compliance processes and regulatory frameworks.
  
• Experience coordinating with customs brokers, government agencies, and third-party logistics providers.
  

Desired Skills

• Minimum

  8 years of experience

  working with Oracle GTM solutions, including

  12 full lifecycle implementations

  .
• In-depth understanding of

  ECCN (Export Control Classification Number), HTS (Harmonized Tariff Schedule), RPL (Restricted Party List),

  and international trade documentation.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to drive business-IT alignment across complex projects.
