Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Learn rubber compounding, mixing, molding, curing, and inspection processes.
Perform basic lab tests such as
hardness, tensile strength, elongation, specific gravity, and rheometer tests
.
Support daily quality checks of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products.
Record and maintain test data and inspection reports.
Assist in identifying defects and support root cause analysis.
Support technical trials, process improvements, and documentation activities.
Coordinate with Production, Maintenance, and R&D teams for quality-related tasks.
Maintain safety, housekeeping.
