GST & Audit Executive

Location: Jaigaon , West Bengal

Experience Required: Minimum 2 Years (in a CA Firm)

Educational Qualifications: C.M.A / C.A Drop-out (with equivalent experience) / B.Com Graduation

Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced GST & Audit & Assistant to join our growing team at Jaigaon, West Bengal. . The ideal candidate will bring expert-level proficiency in GST laws, internal audits and departmental representations, with a proven ability to lead audit teams, manage client relationships and independently handle complex assignments and departmental proceedings.

Key Responsibilities

GST, Income Tax & Excise Compliance

• Manage GST registration, return filing, audits & advisory of Bhutan.
• Handle Income Tax & Excise compliance, reconciliations, and filings.
• Conduct internal & statutory audits and prepare actionable reports.
• Draft replies to notices, appeals & refund claims; assist in departmental representation.
• Stay updated on latest amendments, notifications, and circulars.
• Work on Tally, SAP, Busy, Real Books and other accounting/tax platforms.

Client Meetings & Relationship Management

• Conduct client meetings and presentations on tax and audit matters.
• Manage ongoing assignments and ensure timely client deliverables.
• Build and nurture long-term professional relationships.
• Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication in all client interactions.

Candidate Profile

1. Strong command over English, both written and spoken.

2. Deep conceptual understanding of GST Law, rules, procedures, and emerging developments.

3. Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage cross-functional audit teams.

4. Prior experience in a reputed CA firm in a similar capacity for at least 2 years is mandatory.

Remuneration

Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (commensurate with experience and skill)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
