Job description Position: Senior Store Executive Department: Stores Location: Ecotech-II, Udyog Vihar, Greater Noida Overall Responsibilities: Manage and oversee the operations of the company's stores department, including raw materials, finished goods, and other supplies. Maintain accurate inventory records, ensuring timely and accurate tracking of material movement. Coordinate with other departments, including purchasing, production, and sales, to ensure smooth material flow and optimal inventory levels. Implement and maintain inventory control systems and procedures to minimize waste, spoilage, and obsolescence. Conduct periodic physical inventory checks and reconciliations to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies. Supervise and train store staff, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. Specific Duties: Inventory Management: Plan and execute material requirements planning (MRP) to ensure sufficient materials are available for production. Prepare and analyze inventory reports, tracking consumption rates, stock turnover, and other key performance indicators.
