Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role, located in Ranchi, for multiple General Service Associates (GSA) covering Front Office, Housekeeping, and Food & Beverage (F&B) Service.

Qualifications

• Phone Etiquette and Appointment Scheduling skills
• Strong Customer Service and Receptionist Duties experience
• Excellent Communication skills
• Ability to manage Front Office/Housekeeping or F&B service
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry is advantageous
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification is preferred
