What You’ll Do:

  • You’ll lead like a founder, serve like a coach, and operate like a pro.
  • Drive B2C and B2B sales (parents, students, schools)
  • Conduct program briefings and post-service follow-ups
  • Coordinate with mentors, counsellors, and partner schools
  • Track program milestones and client satisfaction
  • Own the growth journey from lead to impact
  • Be the face of FutureCaptains in webinars, calls, and conversations
  • Build simple systems to keep things running smoothly


Who This Is For:

  • Someone who thrives on ownership, not just instructions
  • A warm communicator who can close calls with both empathy and clarity
  • A systems-thinker who loves fixing gaps and streamlining chaos
  • Someone with 2–6 years in EdTech, sales, school ops, training institutes — or just raw fire to learn fast
  • Fluent in English (Regional Language(s) is a bonus)
