Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Creatives Team to produce compelling content across social, digital, and experiential channels.
• Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns, using data and analytics to optimize engagement, reach, and ROI.
• Translate insights and market trends into impactful marketing activities.
• Mentor and manage the team, fostering creativity while maintaining performance and accountability.
• Collaborate with marketing, growth, and product teams to align creative strategy with business objectives.
• Track KPIs, measure campaign performance, and continuously optimize creative output.
• Leverage AI and digital tools to enhance content creation and workflow efficiency.
