As a Growth Consultant - Customer Success focusing on B2B and Global Clients in Noida, you will have the opportunity to leverage your 13 years of experience, preferably in the SaaS or FMCG domain, to lead the end-to-end implementation of a cloud-based SaaS product for FMCG clients. Your key responsibilities will include: - Leading the implementation process and ensuring successful deployment of the product - Configuring the software to tailor to client requirements and managing master data effectively - Engaging with clients to address their needs and coordinating with internal teams for seamless execution - Providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring compliance with SLAs - Generating reports to provide insights and guiding clients on maximizing product usage - Managing User Acceptance Testing (UAT), obtaining sign-offs, and driving post-go-live adoption To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - Strong communication and documentation skills - Proficiency in MS Excel and adept at using various mobile and desktop tools - Basic understanding of FMCG operations - Self-driven, adaptable, and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment - Prior experience in SaaS onboarding is a plus If you are tech-savvy, have a keen eye for detail, and enjoy working in a dynamic environment, this position could be the right fit for you.
