Growth consultant - Customer Success (B2B / Global Clients)

As a Growth Consultant in Customer Success for B2B and Global Clients, your role will involve leading the end-to-end implementation of a cloud-based SaaS product specifically designed for FMCG clients. Your key responsibilities will include: - Configuring the software to meet the unique needs of each client and effectively managing master data - Engaging with clients to address their queries and collaborating closely with internal teams for seamless operations - Providing technical support, troubleshooting any issues that may arise, and ensuring compliance with SLAs - Generating comprehensive reports and offering guidance to clients on maximizing the utility of the product - Overseeing User Acceptance Testing (UAT), securing necessary sign-offs, and ensuring smooth post-go-live adoption To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - Strong communication and documentation skills to effectively interact with clients and maintain records - Proficiency in MS Excel and a knack for leveraging both mobile and desktop tech tools - A fundamental understanding of FMCG operations to cater to the industry-specific requirements - Self-driven, adaptable, and capable of thriving in a dynamic startup environment - Previous experience in SaaS onboarding would be considered a valuable asset The company is looking for candidates who are enthusiastic about taking on this challenging role and contributing to the success of global clients.
