About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Build and execute 0 1 growth marketing strategies in collaboration with the founders 2. Own and manage paid ad campaigns (Google, Meta, YouTube, etc.) end-to-end 3. Write compelling ad copies, brainstorm creative hooks, and coordinate with video editors and graphic designers to bring ideas to life 4. Drive and manage influencer outreach, especially in micro-influencer ecosystems relevant to SMEs 5. Handle social media content and calendar across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, etc.) 6. Continuously experiment, analyze performance, and iterate on growth campaigns 7. Report campaign performance using basic analytics dashboards (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.) Requirements: 1. Have 1-2 years of hands-on experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or a startup generalist role 2. Demonstrate familiarity with running paid ads, managing creatives, and basic funnel optimization 3. Possess solid copywriting and content ideation skills you know what grabs attention 4. Show strong coordination and communication skills to manage internal and external creatives 5. Be comfortable using social media tools, influencer platforms, and analytics dashboards 6.
