Key Responsibilities
Consumer Growth Campaigns:
Assist growth leaders in planning, launching, and optimizing digital campaigns across paid social (Instagram, Meta, YouTube), influencer outreach, emails, referral programs, and WhatsApp.Channel Experimentation:
Help brainstorm and build new GTM channels for direct-to-consumer acquisition, test fresh segments, creative formats, partnerships, and viral loops.Market & User Research:
Conduct consumer surveys and research market trends to uncover what drives engagement and transaction for your target audience.Content Support:
Assist in crafting, distributing, and localizing content for social media, video, blog posts, emailers, and in-app messages aimed at consumer delight.Performance Tracking:
Compile daily/weekly reports on campaign performance, usage growth, conversion rates, and share actionable insights for rapid iteration.Community Engagement:
Support in organizing events, webinars, giveaways, and contests to boost user participation and retention.Customer Feedback Loop:
Liaison with customer support/product teams to understand user pain points and channel insights back to growth decisions.Collaborative Ideation:
Actively contribute to brainstorming sessions for new consumer engagement ideas and GTM strategies.Influencer & Creator Collaboration:
Assist in onboarding creators, facilitating partnerships, and tracking influencer impact on growth.Cross-Functional Coordination:
Work closely with marketing, product, and design teams to ensure seamless execution of consumer-focused campaigns and GTM launches.
Good to Have
- Experience with consumer/brand-focused startups, D2C/ecommerce growth, or large-scale user acquisition.
- Hands-on with tools like Google Analytics, social media analytics, WhatsApp Business.
- Basic skills in video editing, graphic design, or creative content production for fast-paced campaigns.
- Familiarity with influencer marketing, PR, and customer advocacy programs.
- Interest and comfort with running A/B tests, surveys, and data-driven experimentation.
Qualification
- Strong interest in direct-to-consumer growth strategies, digital marketing, and consumer psychology.
- Excellent written, verbal, and organisational skills suited for fast-paced environments.

Annual Compensation
- Fixed- Rs 4,00,000 yearly
- Variable- Rs 5000/month (Dispersed Monthly based on Performance)
- Total Annual Compensation: Rs 4,60,000
