Group Tour Leader (Freelance / Pay Per Role) – Ghumo Bihar

Ghumo Bihar is expanding its travel experiences across Bihar and other exciting destinations in India and Nepal. We are looking for dynamic, communicative, and responsible individuals to join us as Freelance Group Tour Leaders on a pay-per-tour basis . You will be the face of Ghumo Bihar during tours — guiding, managing, and entertaining groups of travelers while ensuring a smooth and memorable journey. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage group tours across Bihar and outside Bihar (locations include Rajgir, Gaya, Valmiki Tiger Reserve, Darjeeling, Gangtok, Nepal, Meghalaya , and more). Handle on-ground logistics and ensure all tour activities run as per schedule. Engage travelers with storytelling, local insights, and fun interactions. Ensure the safety, comfort, and satisfaction of all group members. Act as a local expert and represent the Ghumo Bihar brand with professionalism and enthusiasm. Who We’re Looking For Must be currently living in Bihar Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Hindi is a must; English is a bonus) Energetic, confident, and good at public speaking Enjoys traveling and meeting new people Comfortable handling group dynamics and resolving minor travel issues Flexible with travel dates (weekday and weekend tours) Prior group-leading experience is preferred but not compulsory — if you have the right personality, we can guide you!
