Group Marketing Operations Specialist

Role Overview: You will be joining Fortuna as a Group Marketing Operations Specialist, where you will play a crucial role in configuring marketing promotions and campaigns, ensuring quality assurance, and supporting local marketing teams and group retention. Your expertise will be vital in utilizing modern technologies and tools to enhance marketing operations. Key Responsibilities: - Integrate promotions in web front ends using CRM tools - Manage and publish promotions on web front ends - Perform quality assurance of web front end integrations for marketing promotions and user flows - Gather internal customer feedback to enhance marketing capabilities - Maintain documentation and provide support to internal stakeholders Qualification Required: - Bachelor's Degree - Fluent in English - Proficient in HTML, CSS, and Javascript (2+ yrs) - Experience with CMS platforms like Wordpress, Drupal, Adobe, etc. (2+ yrs) - Knowledge of CRM tools such as Bloomreach, Dynamic Yield, Salesforce, etc. - Industry experience preferred (1+ yr in online/retail SB/Casino) - Familiarity with Jira or similar task management tools - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams),
