Group Manager Software Control & Management

As a Group Manager for SW Control and Management at our Electromobility organization, you will be responsible for leading a talented team of Software engineers to develop Software and functions that drive Electromobility forward. Reporting directly to the Director Electronics and SW Engineering, you will have the opportunity to have a significant impact on our growth and success. Key Responsibilities: - Lead a team of Software engineers in the design, development, Control, and Management of inhouse Software for various functions such as Charging and Traction Voltage management. - Provide solutions throughout the entire product lifecycle, from idea investigation to industrialization and maintenance. - Make technical decisions regarding projects and products to ensure deadlines are met with the right quality and cost. - Work closely with System engineers, Software developers, Test engineers, Project leaders, and cross-functional teams locally and globally within Electromobility. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor or Masters in electrical/Electronics/Computer Engineering. - 12+ years of experience in Software development in the automotive industry, preferably in the electric mobility domain. - Experienced in leading people and working with global organizations. - Strong drive and energy level with the ability to create a high-performing working culture. - Excellent collaboration skills and stakeholder management. - Demonstrated ability to balance a strategic, holistic end-to-end view with operational considerations.
