Job Description

As a Group Leader - Learning Consultant based in Gurgaon, you will be responsible for overseeing learning and development initiatives within the organization. Your key responsibilities will include: - Evaluating training effectiveness, ROI, and implementing improvements to enhance learning outcomes. - Providing consulting services to implement scalable Learning Programs and digital adoption techniques across client business portfolios. - Leading a team of content developers and learning specialists to design and implement learning solutions for large enterprise applications. - Conducting research to understand the client's organization and industry context. - Utilizing AI technologies and methodologies to design and develop tailored content for business and audience needs. - Collaborating with business stakeholders to define and execute end-to-end learning strategies and solutions. - Identifying suitable learning technologies and systems to support the implementation of learning solutions. - Designing learning curriculum, training plans, and implementations for users across various industry sectors. - Incorporating Gamification in training modules to enhance engagement and retention of learning. - Establishing metrics and dashboards to track and evaluate the effectiveness of training interventions. - Conducting feasibility and return on investment reviews to inform learning solution designs. - Demonstrating strong knowledge of MS Office tools like PowerPoint and Excel. - Having exposure to evolving technologies and automation. - Possessing strong communication, interpersonal, and facilitation skills. - Maintaining a flexible approach to project management. - Being open to working flexible shifts and 5-day work from office schedule. Qualifications required for this role include: - Full-time MBA or Master of Business Administration degree. - 15+ years of industry experience in learning, training, and development. - Experience with Instructional design, content creation, and E-learning platforms. - Familiarity with tools like Articulate Studio, Storyline, and Adobe Captivate. - Strong process knowledge and compliance to multiple audit postures. This role will also require you to collaborate with cross-functional teams, leverage best practices, and ensure standardization across different locations. Your expertise in learning and development will play a crucial role in driving organizational growth and effectiveness.
