The candidate will play a crucial role in identifying opportunities and expanding digital marketing services for Ameriprise financial advisors. You will oversee specialists managing updates for dedicated advisors to ensure an exceptional digital experience. Collaborating with various teams, you will develop a social media reporting framework and utilize engagement analytics to create client prospect and deepening opportunities. Upholding high standards of business ethics and legal requirements is essential in this role. You will bring industry expertise to enhance digital marketing services for Ameriprise advisors, work with marketing and analytics teams to drive digital progress, and devise strategies for prospect pipelines. Managing and guiding digital marketing specialists, conducting relevant research, and upscaling service support are key responsibilities. Safeguarding client data, following established procedures, and maintaining confidentiality are imperative. In terms of domain-related tasks, you should demonstrate the ability to implement social media strategies, drive campaigns, leverage analytics for marketing strategies, and eventually lead a team of analysts while managing reporting requirements effectively. Required qualifications for this role include a minimum of 5 years of experience in strategizing and executing digital marketing campaigns, willingness to work evening hours, proficiency in media analytics, strong thought leadership, expertise in using analytics for decision-making, excellent communication skills, and experience in stakeholder management and online marketing projects. Preferred qualifications include prior experience in customer interactions, familiarity with financial advising, knowledge of financial planning and products, and exposure to start-up environments.
