Group Head

As a Group Head at Interactive Avenues, you will play a crucial role in leading performance marketing operations within the team. Your responsibilities will include: - Building & Developing Search Engine Marketing (SEM) campaigns across various search engines such as Google, Bing, Yahoo - Mentoring new team members on PPC operations - Analyzing and optimizing campaigns to meet client goals - Delegating and managing campaign tasks to the in-house SEM team - Collaborating with different departments and offices to share insights, strategies, and processes - Prioritizing and organizing tasks based on account focus - Being proficient in tracking systems, with expertise in DoubleClick Search as a bonus In terms of Team Leadership & Development, you will be expected to: - Foster a culture of teamwork, collaboration, and intellectual curiosity - Motivate, lead, and manage internal teams to drive programs aligned with client objectives - Drive adoption of best practices in account management through setting examples and positive reinforcement Your skills should include: - Proficiency in web analytics, reporting tools, and dashboards - Strong work ethic, with the ability to handle multiple projects under pressure and tight deadlines - Knowledge of bidding platforms like Marin, Kenshoo, or DoubleClick - Excellent writing, math, organization, and communication skills - Experience in managing paid media on social platforms like Facebook - Willingness to learn and understand search, social media, marketing principles, and direct response strategies - Previous agency experience is highly preferred - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is essential - Expertise in Google Scripts, Data Studio, and other data visualization tools Qualifications required for the role: - Graduate/Post Graduate Degree or relevant work experience - Concentration in Marketing, Finance, Digital Media, Accounting, or related field is a plus - Google and Facebook Blueprint Certified Professional - Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment By joining Interactive Avenues as a Group Head, you will have the opportunity to work with leading consumer brands and contribute significantly to the success of performance marketing operations.,
