Group Head- Digital

Motivator, a leading brand under WPP Media, is currently seeking a Group Head - Digital with at least 6 years of experience in media planning. As part of the team, you will play a crucial role in provoking strategic media planning with innovation at heart, exploring new consumer trends, and collaborating with clients and internal resources to create winning solutions. **Responsibilities of the Role:** - Build and foster client relationships by taking charge of media requirements from formulating strategies to final implementation. - Provide media plans across mediums post media brief mining and data analysis. - Offer insights-led solutions for brand problems through Change Planning and other media tools. - Contribute to new business presentations and analysis through insights, media plans, and innovations. - Focus on quality output, consistent performance, professional conduct, ownership, honesty, and integrity. - Lead a team by supervising and mentoring them to raise the quality of deliverables to the client. **What You Will Need:** - Minimum 6 years of work experience within media, communication, and advertising. - Strong business, marketing, and consumer understanding. - Strategic innovation, creativity skills, and excellent presentation skills. - Analytical skills (qualitative and quantitative) and understanding of media tools and techniques. - Team player with a positive attitude and excellent communication skills. **Life at WPP Media & Benefits:** You will have access to global WPP Media & WPP networks to pursue your passions, grow your network, and learn at the cutting edge of marketing and advertising.
