Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Mumbai for a Ground Sales position at Abani Fragrances. The Ground Sales professional will engage in daily tasks such as communicating with customers, identifying and addressing their needs, promoting and selling our premium perfumes, and maintaining high levels of customer service satisfaction. The role also involves managing sales activities, training new sales associates, and implementing effective sales strategies.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proficient in Sales and Sales Management
• Experience in Training new team members
• Ability to work on-site in Mumbai
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Prior experience in the fragrance or luxury product industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
