Greeter/Customer Service

Job Summary:

We are seeking a friendly, well-groomed, and customer-oriented Greeter to welcome clients into our premium jewellery showroom. As the first point of contact, you will play a vital role in creating a lasting first impression, assisting with customer flow, and enhancing the overall showroom experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet every customer with a smile.
• Offer basic information about collections.
• Direct customers to sales staff or counters.
• Maintain a neat and presentable front area.
• Note appointments or walk-in details.
• Assist with customer flow on busy days.

Required Skills:

• Good communication skills.
• Friendly and polite behavior.
• Basic understanding of jewellery terms is a plus.
• Neat and well-groomed appearance.

Experience:

• 0–2 years in a customer-facing role preferred.

Key Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or customer service training is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or front desk roles preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and grooming.
• Polite, patient, and respectful demeanor.
• Multilingual abilities (if relevant to customer base) are an advantage.
• Basic computer knowledge for logging entries or appointments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

• Yearly bonus
