Key Responsibilities

Customer Greeting & Engagement

• Warmly welcome every customer upon arrival, ensuring a positive and memorable first impression.
• Uphold brand standards through courteous, professional, and approachable interactions.
• Create a welcoming atmosphere that reflects the brand's premium image.

Customer Handling

• Understand customer needs and direct them to the relevant product section or sales executive.
• Maintain accurate records of walk-in customers and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Enhance the in-store experience by offering refreshments or personalized assistance as needed.

Customer Relationship Management

• Assist in maintaining and updating the customer database for both new and returning clients.
• Collaborate with the CRM and marketing teams for post-visit follow-ups, feedback collection, and event invitations.
• Address customer inquiries and concerns with empathy and professionalism, escalating issues when required.

Showroom Operations Support

• Ensure the reception and waiting areas are tidy, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
• Manage visitor logs, appointments, and customer traffic efficiently.
• Support in the planning and execution of in-store promotions, festive events, and special campaigns.

Communication & Coordination

• Coordinate seamlessly with sales, service, and billing teams to ensure smooth customer flow and prompt assistance.
• Share valuable customer insights and feedback with management to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.
